I really enjoyed Stoker's Dracula. If you like it, once you are finished there is an alternate version called Powers of Darkness that you should check out (http://www.overlookpress.com/powers-of-darkness.html). Apparently, an early draft of the book was sent to Iceland but ended up being translated into Icelandic as if it was the final draft. It was just recently translated back into English and it is very different. Interesting to see how Stoker changed things as he was writing.

Mostly Harmless by Douglas Adams

I have to say, the last two books in this series including this one are kind of a slog to get through.

No question Adams was running out of ideas early on in the series and milked the idea pretty dry by the end.

Never knew the guy responsible for my favorite monster movie was pals with the guy responsible for Seven Samurai and Yojimbo.

Dracula - Bram Stoker. I am currently enjoying it although the format for me is a little difficult to follow. Don't know yet if I will read the Powers of Darkness.

Thumbs Up
The whole format of reading peoples' journals is challenging with Dracula, no doubt. Power of Darkness stays with Harker for a lot longer and actually read a little easier, in my opinion. Hope you check it out
