Pandemia comes from Torrelavega, Cantabria and in all honesty, these lads know how to thrash. Blame it on their drinking water, beer, climate, great/poor living conditions, whatever else your twisted mind can come up with. On their debut album, they churn out nine blistering, frantic, strongly riff-tastic and all things violence-oozing Thrash Metal cuts that are like a holy marriage between such acts as Vio-lence, Forbidden, and Demolition Hammer. The most important thing is they fire on all cylinders, letting more burning steam out from their own thrash machine than what the doctor ordered . From the first moments of the title track all the way up to the last song, "Message of Death", the band proves that they can thrash without any gimmicks and no bullshit . 100% pure old school Thrash Metal is the name of the game here, folks! It's hard to dislike it if you are just a genuine sucker of the genre. |
