A Death Metal band from LA? What's the world coming to? This band is drinking deep from the European school of Death, with that low-tuned, pummeling guitar sound and even some leads that sound like they were outtakes from the Clandestine recording sessions. This is not fast or technical, and in fact it leans into some really slow, almost Doom riffs here and there, but mostly this is just heavy as fuck with pounding double-bass drums and rock-solid riffs. If you love '90s-era Death Metal like Entombed or Dismember, then this will be right up your alley. |
