I reviewed this band's fifth album way back in 2011 and I didn't like it much. With a title like that I wasn't expecting much, but this is pretty good. The approach is a stripped-down, first-wave Black Metal sound, with grimy guitars and echo-laden vocals. The band also uses heavy keyboards to evoke a horror-movie feel in line with the soundbites and the general Hammer Horror feel of the lyrics. I have to say I like this, but it's neither very innovative nor really coherent. It sounds kind of thrown together, which I think gives it a definite underground charm.
