The new EP from Spanish speed metallers Iron Curtain picks up right where 2024's Savage Dawn left off. I enjoyed that record quite a bit, and this release is very much in the same vein. These might be leftovers from the album sessions (the songs aren't as strong), but that hardly matters when the result is still this much fun. High-energy drumming, crunchy guitar riffs, gang shouts, and a loud, punchy bass seal the deal. The EP features three proper songs and one outro, all of them solid, with "Midnight Commandment" standing just a notch above the rest. Short, sharp, and energetic, this is a fun listen and a nice stopgap while we wait for the next full-length. See below for more reviews... ↓ |
