Despite the fact that metal fandom in Japan has a long history, I don't see that many promos from Japanese bands, and even fewer from Death Metal bands, so this one is unusual for my queue. This band has been churning around since 2015, and this is their second full-length album of very American-sounding Death Metal.

I find this broadly similar to a lot of North and South American Death Metal, like Krisiun, Suffocation, Vital Remains, Monstrosity, etc. This is heavy, chunky, crunching stuff with a riffy approach and strong production. The whole thing is derivative but it's also a headbang fest that will give you some neck pain. A band who could maybe use some more identity, but they have the right idea.
