I was going through my collection the other day and came across this album and realized I had not played this in quite some time so I decided to throw it in. Holy SHIT! I had forgotten how damn good this album really is. It was no time at all before I had the stereo cranked, my air guitar tuned and my vocal chords warmed up (well as warmed as they could be anyway). This was Accept's 6th full length release and some people will say that Balls to the Wall or Restless and Wild is their best album but no one can argue that Metal Heart is a classic in its own right. In my opinion this album is the pinnacle of their career with simply killer songs from beginning to end. There is absolutely no filler on this album and it has some of the catchiest tunes of their career as well as in metal history itself. I dare anyone to listen to "Up to the Limit" and not start at least nodding your head. These songs are just so instantly memorable that they will make a permanent residence in your head from the first listen. I had not heard this album in probably ten years and within seconds I was singing along just like I was back in junior high when this album first came out…although my voice was slightly lower and my skin had cleared up. Overall this is one of those albums that if you are a metal fan at all you should have in your collection. If you already own this album throw it in and get that air guitar ready and the neighbors pissed. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION Track Listing:
