I knew this band sounded familiar and for good reason: I previously reviewed one of their albums called Rebellion. Dark Domination is a Latvian act with four musicians on crew.
Just I case someone didn't notice, this Black Metal band praises the unholy master of darkness, the horned god. Blasphemous artwork from cover to back in the booklet where a monochromic red palette was used to illustrate their Satanic vision. Music-wise though, what Dark Domination bring to the masses is not as vicious. Dark/ambient keyboard instrumentals alternate with melodic, mid-fast paced Black Metal. In the ambient passages, we can also hear some beastie voices and a bit of Gregorian tones in the background. The Black Metal compositions all pretty much sound alike, while being generally of a generic nature. The musicianship is there, although I can point out an oddity in the acoustic parts. Yes, you have read right! As much as I actually enjoy acoustic guitars, when it sounds dissonant and out of tune, it can ruin the pleasure. "Gloria tibi, Lucifer!" has a lot of those acoustic parts, but unfortunately they are played on an un-tuned instrument, thus breaking the charm this organic sound was bound to create. On the other hand, there are some good Black Metal tunes on this disc such as "Intro: Behond the Gates of Hell", "Under the Emperor's Wing" and "Forest Secret". This last one combines an ambient intro, melancholic Black Metal and some calm acoustic parts; besides being the best and epic compositions on this disc.
In general, if you liked Rebellion, chances are you will like Let Satan Speaks through our Lips, since it pretty much follows the same path.
