This is an Italian band who bill themselves as Black/Ambient, but are really just kind of laid-back. The opening intro track is ambient, but the rest of this is definite but quite relaxed Black Metal. I wish there was a lot to say about this, but it's just kind of unremarkable: the guitar sound, the riffs, the playing – it's all just kind of there. This EP does manage to create a bit of ambience, but the short length kind of cuts that off just when it's getting going. This isn't a bad listen, and there's potential here, but right now this band seems a little too devoted to being serious with a big S, and it just comes off as stodgy and rather plodding.

Track Listing:
  1. Iving (Intro)
  2. Loki
  3. Midgardsorm
  4. Fenrir
  5. Hel
