This is the second album from Serbian black thrashers Wolf's Hunger. I'm not sure what their album title means, but I think it is something like "The Dead Are Coming Back to Life", though it might as well say "Show No Mercy" because this is pretty much what Slayer would sound like if they were getting into Black Metal and were still good. Blackened Thrash is all about riffs and attitude, and Wolf's Hunger are better at the attitude than the riffs, but some of their riffage is pretty kickass regardless. There is nothing revolutionary about this at all, but this will still get your rocks off. Solid. |
