A Thrash Metal album that's shorter than Slayer's iconic Reign in Blood. Could it even be possible? Well, it actually is. Razor of Death (or just R.O.D.) come from Swidnik, Poland, and they are hugely influenced by Slayer. These malicious Polish stormtroopers of savage Thrash Metal undoubtedly love Slayer as much as they love Demolition Hammer, Solstice (FL), Vio-lence, Malevolent Creation (up to The Ten Commandments era), as well as some crossover. The riffs are severe, punishing and they are all over this hostile slab of Thrash Metal. Damn, I am (almost) totally in love with the band's uncompromising and brutal assault and I just cannot get enough of this, I am afraid (my eardrums are hurting already, but what the fuck—bring all this noise on!). This stuff is some of the most arm-ripping, murderously heavy and sexiest Thrash Metal that I have had a pleasure to hear in a while. Thrash hard or fuckin' die! |
