Death metal from Australia is usually quite satisfying and Faceless Burial do not disappoint. I'm reminded a lot of bands such as Immolation with a wall of sound that just sucks you in and reveals something new on every listen. This EP is busy and heavy and does the job if you're not expecting anything groundbreaking as for the most part there's nothing new here. It's not particularly memorable either, but it's certainly good while it's on. |
