Brain Fog are a Canadian act that's all about Stoner Doom and songs about weed, but you could figure that out with the album cover alone. I'll admit that I don't care for most bands in this style, and sadly these guys are no exception to that rule. What we have here is two songs that more or less sound the same with mediocre wannabe-Sabbath riffs that repeat too much, a production that's mostly sounds like feedback noise, and vocals that are a dull yell without any drama or appeal. I might enjoy this more if I regularly mainlined marijuana into my veins, but since I don't, all I really hear is yet another example of third-rate Electric Wizard imitators who fail to realize that imitating second-rate bands gets you nowhere. Lame.
