Well, isn't this some vicious and deranged shit we got here? Malicious are a group of demonic warmongers from Finland that formed some time in 2011, releasing a demo and an EP before finally releasing their first full-length. Rather than the typical Finnish sound, Deranged Hexes takes after the likes of Angelcorpse and Fallen Christ, which is something I don't think I've heard come from my homeland before. There may be no surprises musically, but that doesn't stop this from coming at you like a ferocious, blood-soaked tsunami of chaos and blasphemy that'll smash your little skull into pieces for around 25 minutes. I bet this shit could actually kill you listening to it in a live setting, and if that doesn't convince you to give this a listen, nothing ever will. Killer Death Metal bound to make Jesus weep once more. |
