Debut EP for Poland's Grimcult, a band that plays black metal that's not without reminding me of some of Graveland's late '90s-early-2000s material as well as that of a few other Polish black metal bands of the time and there's even a hint of the early 2000s French scene here and there. It's mostly mid to fast paced and kind of a raw side though they make good use of some subtle melodies that make some of this stuff a little memorable. It has its moments, but it's a little monotone at times, so this is not the kind of stuff that will make you go nuts, more like the kind of black metal that works well in the background.
