This is a cool album of raw Black Metal from Ecuador. The band name tells you pretty much everything about how this sounds. It's raw without being basement, and it uses a lot of keys for melody and atmosphere, so it reminds me a lot of bands like Crimson Moon, who are deeply in thrall to albums like In the Nightside Eclipse. I like this. The sound is good without being too polished, and the songwriting has enough variety and mood to keep you interested. A solid album. |
