This is a vinyl compilation that contains a remastered version of the band's self-titled demo from 2015 on side A and a live performance on side B. Just like Beasts of the Temple of Satan, this is lo-fi, raw black/death with cavernous vocals and the whole thing sounds chaotic and a little muddy at times. It certainly makes me curious about how the original demo might have sounded – probably as far from polished symphonic metal as it gets. ;) I found I like this better than I liked Beasts... back in 2017, but then again I'm angrier than I was five years ago, so I'm actually craving this kind of brutal senseless fun more than ever – hehe. This is the kind of raw and brutal stuff that the likes of Nuclear War Now! Productions and Hells Headbangers Records regularly release, so if you're looking for a dose of bestial insanity, this will fit just right. Not the best in the genre, but good enough to check it out.
