This is the debut for a Brazilian Black/Thrash band who sound like pretty much every other Black/Thrash band. The riffs have energy, but they repeat a LOT and by the end of the song they have been run into the ground. The recording is loose but lacks grit, so the guitar sound is too weak and the vocals are too upfront. Overall this is just too clean and safe-sounding, without the maniac aggression this kind of thing really asks for. It's not terrible, but nothing about it is really good either. |
