This is such a quintessential Hungarian release that I had to check first to make sure there weren't any members of Sear Bliss in the lineup, and I was honestly surprised to see there were not. This is keyboardy, moody Black Metal not too far removed from bands like Druadan Forest or Dwarrodelf. It's smooth and has a good, haunting mood, and the riffs are decent enough. If you want something to play while you draw or paint or walk through the misty woods, then this will do fine. It won't really grab you, but it's not that kind of music. |
