Hexakosioihexekontahexaphilia is a one-man band, and I guess he wanted to make up for the band size by picking a long name. ;) This is black metal with a bit of atmosphere and a lot of heaviness and speed at times, even getting kind of punky here and there. The songs are really busy, there's a lot going on here; I'd like to say "too much," but I kind of enjoy hearing something I missed before and there's a lot of that here. I can't say anything really stands out other than the diversity and I doubt I'll get the urge to listen to this again later, but it's good while it's on.
