This is Black Metal with some more dynamic and musicality to it than is the usual for the genre. When this band rips it out, they rip pretty hard, with a good guitar sound and some blazing, second-wave riffs. However, Nemesis Sopor leaven this with some moodier, more acoustic passages that still fit in very well with the harder-edged stuff. Reminds me a bit of ambitious German bands like Mortuus Infradaemoni or Lunar Aurora. This is maybe not as ambitious as that, but it is a cut above.
