I ran across this on Stoned Meadow of Doom on YouTube, and now that this band has their demos up on Bandcamp for free, there is no reason not to check them out. I am always an easy target for cosmic Doom, and I always like when a band has the nuts to go instrumental rather than go with a weak singer. Demo-level or not, this is bursting with talent.

These are demo recordings, and you can tell from the rough mix and even some background noises that sneak in there. What stands out is the catchiness of the riffs and the excellent quality of the leads—which sound like they might have been improvised right there, as they just have that edge to them. No vocals, nothing but groovy Doom sounds wall to wall. This feels like it was recorded in somebody's wood-paneled basement with Frazetta posters all over the place—that kind of cool shit. Underground gold.
