All For Metal is a new band (formed in 2022) that plays traditional/power metal like they’ve been around for years. They have a heavy, crunchy sound on their debut album, Legends, that is also glossy and melodic. One vocalist sings higher and clear while the other has a low, gruff (but not harsh) delivery, which combined with the music reminds me a lot of Sabaton, especially on tracks like "Run," "Fury of the Gods" and "Hear the Drum." I wouldn’t call their approach particularly innovative or their songwriting extraordinary, but I was certainly tapping my foot throughout. All For Metal seems like a prototypical AFM band, so if you like a lot of the other bands on their roster, you will probably enjoy this one as well. See below for more reviews... ↓ |
