This band's debut a few years ago got some attention, and now I think their follow-up is going to get them more. This is a straight-up melodic Heavy Metal band with some really first-rate riffs and leads, powered by a class guitar team in Rob Richter and Henry Kaseberg, who have cooked up some really infectious melodies that will keep your head banging all the way through. Vocalist Ricardo Baum is good enough, and he has great melodies to work with, but his voice has a kind of stuffy-headed, Danzig sound I don't love, but I don't hate it either—he gets the job done. Songs like "We Praise Death" and "Prometheus Unbound" should not be missed. See below for more reviews... ↓ |
