Doom/Death is either Death Metal played slow or Doom with harsh vocals, and while I prefer the latter, this is more like the former. Moon Incarnate have some decent riffs, but they just repeat them endlessly without enough variation or development to sustain interest over the length of their songs. They are dedicated to a lot of gloomy atmospherics, like narration and sound samples, but all of it comes across as rather cringey rather than doomy. This is not bad per se, it just does not really do anything interesting.
