Sweden's best kept secret have returned once more to assault ear drums with their latest EP, Camp of Death. If you heard their last release, then you already have a good idea of the stripped-down, messy, and downright violent brand of old-school death/thrash this duo conjures here as well, and I can't say they've lost their touch in the short amount of time between the two EPs. I will say they're a bit less punky than before, now focusing more on the old demo days of Sodom, Autopsy, and especially Deceased in the barked vocal deliveries of both Pontus and Tomas (don't ask to tell you who's on the mic at any given point, I have no idea), making this release sound a bit more developed without losing any of its grimy charm. No gimmicks, no polish, no bullshit, just 15 minutes of raw, to-the-damn-point old-school death/thrash that'll stomp your face in before shoving a beer down your gullet. A damn fun time.
