I certainly didn't expect a new Nasty Savage as it's been 20 years already since Psycho Psycho, but here it is, ladies and gentlemen. It's almost like they never stopped. Jeopardy Room undoubtedly sounds like a Nasty Savage album, with heavy, meaty guitars and dark-sounding yet catchy and sometimes kind of goofy songs, and once again the time-honoured "Witches Sabbath" is on here. "Bloodbath Syndicate" is a little annoying with a few passages of a woman moaning loudly—just a head's up in case the first time you listen to this, you're blasting it in your car with the windows open. ;) It's crazy how the album sounds so much like classic Nasty Savage without sounding dated. Heaviness, speed, '80s-style attitude, occult and satanic lyrics, a few cuts to get the crowd riled up at live gigs, the works. Glad to see these guys still alive and kicking.
