Third album for the guttural, subterranean Act of Impalement, a Death Metal band with more than a hint of Doom in their songwriting, though not in any sense sounding Sabbathy or even like Paradise Lost. This is downtuned, chugging shit with atonal riffs and a neanderthal guitar sound that saws and chews its way through these songs. Seriously crushing shit.
