This is a debut album for a Swedish band who sound very Swedish. This is Death Metal with a lot of Thrash/Punk influence, so it sounds a lot more like Motörhead than Entombed—though it does still sound a lot like Entombed. The guitar sound could be heavier, but the riffs are gold, and they will keep your head banging nicely. This is as close to rocking as Death Metal can get without becoming the abomination of death n' roll, but it still has enough balls to kick ass. I like this a lot more than I thought I would.
