Here we have Sadus's crushing debut album. Sadus is the band formed by bass god Steve DiGiorgio. Thanks to a recent re-release by Displeased Records this album is now actually possible to obtain, which is a good thing since this is one great slice of brutal Thrash.

Sadus's sound is similar to the Canadian Death/Thrash band Slaughter. They border on the sound of early Death Metal, but with much higher pitched vocals. The vocals suit the music very well - fast just like the entire album. I mean fast. This album blazes through in just over 29 minutes. This is 29 minutes of pure aggressive Thrash though. No filler to be found here, every track kills. When it comes to Thrash, quality is so much more important than quantity. I'd much rather listen to a 29 minute album twice than a 60 minute album that consists of half filler.

This is an excellent album, that until recently was damn near impossible to find. Any fan of Thrash Metal should get this album and if you are a fan of bands like Kreator, Slaughter, and Dark Angel and you don't already own this, pick it up immediately. Highly recommended.
