"Do I look like someone who cares what God thinks?" - if the album title still left any doubts in your mind, this spoken passage at the beginning of this album will take care of that. This intro also precedes over 31 minutes of relentless fast, pouding drums and guitars, and blasphemous lyrics that will send you crying for your mom. Ok maybe not. Norway's Tsjuder does away with the keyboards that have become somewhat of a trend in today's Black Metal and instead concentrate on the basic metal instruments - this is going to sound weird, but it's kind of nice to get some new material whose sound is not buried by a bunch of "modern" gadgets... The sixth track however is not musical but some weird sound effects - including a heartbeat and some growling. Whatever. That gives a little break in what is otherwise a fast, violent album. The vocals are intelligible to some extent, but not too much, as I've come to expect from a Black Metal album. They fit the music perfectly - the voice here really blends in with the other instruments.

Beside the sixth track for which I don't see much use, my only complaint really is that this album is not long enough! This stuff is excellent and ends way too soon. Hopefully it won't take too long before Tsjuder releases another album. The question is not whether you should buy this, but rather why don't you have it yet?
