Fucking groove Thrash. These kids show flashes of having the right idea, with some cool riffs and some properly occult lyrics, but then they have to go and spoil it with annoying groove and some of the worst vocals I have ever heard. There is some good riffing here and they have a good production job, but then the fucking dull groove chunking ruins it and the vocalist starts in with this awful faux-macho hardcore yell. Ugh. This band is clearly heading for the edge of the map, and I expect their next disc to be a full-on metalcore circle-jerk. If I'm right, I hope they don't send it to me. |
