Hmmm. Raw, barbaric Black Thrash from Australia with some guys who used to be in Gospel of the Horns and Bestial Warlust, I didn't see that coming. No, seriously, this is pretty much exactly the kind of stripped-down Sodom-worship as we used to get from BW back in the days before Deströyer 666 was born. This is fun, if you are in the mood for some speedy thrashing mayhem. There's nothing classic or essential here, and I feel like this lacks the kind of feral aggression thins kind of music calls for. But it is as fast and sloppy and primitive as you could ask for. They do a lot of delay effects on the vocals, and I find that kind of irritating, but the riffs range from pretty good to really good, and the guitar sound is a fat, tube-amp blast of muscle. Overall this is fun, if not gripping.
