Well, I always hope that underground bands will be awesome, but this one is pretty damned terrible. Tundra get a good guitar sound, but they don't do much with it, as their riffs are pedantic and bland. Vocalist Stig Vikstrom is trying to sound aggressive, but he's off-key a lot and he doesn't have any good vocal lines. Tundra repeat their damned choruses too much, and they aren't any good to begin with. Even the lead work is by-the-numbers and uninteresting. This is one to avoid. |
