Mundus Somniorum is the debut album from unsigned Austrian Death Metal band Death Construction. The songs on Mundus Somniorum aren't anything you haven't heard but they are played quite well and the sound of the album is first rate. The guitar riffs, which are classic Thrash as opposed to technical, are thick and crunchy. The vocals are a typical Death Metal growl. As stated, there's nothing new on Mundus Somniorum, but that won't stop you from banging your head while it is on, especially when you get around to the best song, "For AEONS it Shall Be Night." A promising release. |
