So I recently stumbled on this here demo/ EP and it has completely steamrolled my senses. Vampire play an old school brand of raw death/thrash metal which takes its cues from the likes of Morbid or more recently Repugnant. This is fast, evil, and in your face with propulsive d-beat drumming, scything guitars and demented vocals which aren't too far away from the earlier Swedish death metal acts, which is great in my book.

I'll keep this short, just as the EP is. Vampire is a fucking killer debut release, and if the words raw, Swedish, death, and thrash have any appeal to you whatsoever, then stop by their Bandcamp page and prepare for just under quarter an hour of the finest aural assault. A promising act to say the least, recommended!
