There is certainly a fuss going around this new sensational band from Krasnodar, Russia by the name of Estate. They play Power Metal accompanied by lots of progressive and some symphonic, folk and the occasional Hard Rock element here and there. Estate was founded in 2012 so we have a pretty young group here. Despite the band's short existence they have already shared stages in their home country with Doro, Michael Schenker Group and Kipelov.

Musically, there's a load of sheer talent in this group. Estate have absorbed influences from bands like Helloween, Scorpions, Whitesnake, Van Halen and so on, and created their own modernized sound with a remarkable amount of weight on melody runs, both on guitar and vocally. Both Alexander Chumaknov (guest vocalist) and Dmitriy Efimov have really good voices for Power Metal/Hard Rock and sound comfortable with English. The song "Absolutely True!" reminds me of the Swedish Hard Rock act H.E.A.T due to how the chorus rhymes. I am confident that the whole world of Power Metal fans will surely love this new Russian act; the guys' skills at creating big, mature Power Metal are unquestionable. Having the support of a long running and established international label will surely help them get the word out and chances for a bigger success aren't out of question.

Fans of this particular Heavy Metal sub-genre should take note of this new Russian-based Power Metal sensation. Estate are pretty amazing and are making a name for themselves in the world of melodic Metal with this well-crafted album.
