Look to the Skies is the debut EP from Crüzer, a recently formed (2023) thrash band from Canada. It is an old-school affair with plenty of speed, a mix of harsh and clean singing and razor-sharp riffs. They aren't afraid to poke a little fun at the genre on "(I Need) Thrash" and have a knack for hooky guitar work and choruses ("Pit Vyper"). Crüzer aren't breaking the mold but clearly have an ear for the sound of '80s thrash, making Look to the Skies an excellent first effort.
